  • Micro-skills to help others gain insight

  • Practice: peer coaching in triads

  • Weekly challenge: use a real coaching conversation

Week 3: Coaching Conversations

  • Explore GROW, KIND, and CLEAR models

  • Coaching in context: 1-1s, performance, and career conversations

  • Practice: structured coaching with feedback

Week 4: Embedding Coaching in Leadership

  • Building a coaching culture with consistency and care

  • Dealing with resistance, silence, and tricky emotions

  • Practice: live scenarios

  • Action planning: what will you take forward?
