The Renewed Self programme is designed for people in high-demand roles who want to sustain their energy, motivation, and wellbeing — without sacrificing their career or personal life.
Over 12 weeks, you’ll:
Reconnect with your motivation and sense of purpose
Build strategies to protect your energy in challenging environments
Learn practical ways to manage stress before it snowballs
Find time for yourself without guilt
Each Monday morning, you’ll join a small, supportive group for guided tools, reflective exercises, and real-life strategies you can put into practice right away.
By the end of the programme, you’ll have the clarity, confidence, and resilience to sustain your wellbeing — not just for now, but for the long term.

Burnout isn’t just something I coach others through—it’s something I’ve experienced firsthand. I know what it feels like to be utterly exhausted, overwhelmed, and stuck in a cycle that feels impossible to break. My own journey through burnout taught me the hard way how essential it is to prioritise wellbeing and set boundaries, but it also led me to discover my purpose: helping others navigate their way back to balance and joy.
More than just personal experience, I’ve invested in learning from the best in the field. I am currently completing my Certificate in Burnout Coaching with Jayne Morris at Balanceology, where I’ve gained cutting-edge tools and techniques to help others recover from burnout and create meaningful, sustainable change.
