Supervision for Managers & Leaders – Reflective Group Sessions

A small-group space to pause, reflect, and grow.

These two-hour supervision sessions are designed to give managers and leaders a structured yet supportive space to process challenges, gain fresh perspectives, and learn from each other. With a maximum of 7 participants, everyone has time to bring something they are working through – whether a specific scenario, a leadership challenge, or a difficult workplace situation – and receive insight, support, and constructive feedback from the group.

How to Prepare:

• Come with a real scenario you’d like to explore – big or small, something you're thinking through.

• Be open to listening and learning from others’ experiences and perspectives.

• Expect to leave with new insights, clarity, and practical next steps.

🔹 Sessions take place on the first Thursday of each month.

🔹 Pre-booking is essential, as spaces are limited.

Pricing Options:

🔹 One-off session: £147 per session

🔹 4-Session Pack (to be used within 12 months): £440 (£110 per session)

🔹 6-Session Pack (to be used within 12 months): £582 (£97 per session)

Terms & Conditions

• Session packs must be used within 12 months of purchase. Any unused sessions after this period will be forfeited.

• No refunds or transfers on unused sessions, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the facilitator.

• Sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a session reaches capacity (7 participants), a waitlist will be available.

• Pre-booking is required. If a session is full, package holders must book a future available session.

• Cancellations: If you are unable to attend a session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice where possible. Any cancellations within 48 hours of a session will still be charged in full.

• Rescheduling: If you cancel with more than 48 hours’ notice, you can rebook for a future available session, subject to space.

• Missed sessions: If you do not attend without notice, your session will be counted as used.

• Payment & Charging: Payment for one-off sessions and package bookings will be processed upon booking. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the session, the full session fee will still apply.
