A four-week stabilising group for people who are tired, overwhelmed, and carrying too much

IS THIS YOU RIGHT NOW?

You’re exhausted most of the time, even when you try to rest

Work (and life) feel heavier and harder than they used to

You’re holding things together on the outside, but running on fumes inside

You know something needs to change — you’re just not sure what or how yet

If so, you’re not alone. There is a better way.

✴ What if things were like this instead?

  • You felt a little steadier and less overwhelmed day to day

  • You understood what’s contributing to your exhaustion, without blaming yourself

  • You had clearer language for your limits and needs

  • You felt less alone, and more able to decide what needs to change next

No fixing, no hustle language, no expectation to “share well” — just room to be human.

  • Clarity about what comes next
Time and support to work out realistic, kinder next steps for spring, whether that’s rest, boundaries, change, or further support.

Prefer a quieter, self-paced option?

Spring Reset is also available as a Self-Guided Pilot Edition, running alongside the live group.

This version is designed for those who would benefit from the same reflective structure and stabilising themes, but without scheduled sessions or group participation.

You may prefer the self-guided format if:

✔ Your schedule feels unpredictable or full
✔ You’re feeling too depleted for live calls
✔ You prefer private reflection
✔ You want to move at your own pace

The self-guided edition follows the same four-week arc (released weekly) and core focus, while allowing complete flexibility in how and when you engage.

No live sessions. No pressure to keep up. No expectation to share.

A gentle, steady reset — on your own terms.

If you’re finding yourself nodding along to all this, you’re not alone…

Many people experiencing ongoing exhaustion or early burnout assume it’s a personal failing, that they’re not resilient enough, organised enough, or coping “properly”.

In reality, sustained pressure, unclear boundaries, and under-resourced systems take a toll on even the most capable, committed people.

This group exists to offer a steadier pause: a place to slow things down, make sense of what’s happening, and feel less alone as you work out what needs to happen next — without judgement, urgency, or pressure to perform.

Which is why I’m soooo excited to introduce:

Spring Reset

Spring Reset offers a calm, facilitated pause: a place to slow things down, make sense of what’s happening, and feel less alone as you work out what needs to happen next , judgement, urgency, or pressure to perform.

Come as you are and sit with us. This is not a burnout coaching programme but a place for people who are carrying too much to connect and land.

STUDENT LOVE NOTES

We've helped so many incredible people through our various group programmes this is feedback shared with permission from participants in previous group programmes.

It wasn’t about fixing anything, it was about understanding what was going on and realising I wasn’t failing. That shift mattered more than I expected.

Being in a group with people who genuinely got it made a huge difference. I didn’t realise how alone I’d been feeling until I wasn’t anymore.

It helped me slow things down enough to decide what support I actually need next.

FAQs

Is this a burnout recovery programme?

No. Burnout can’t be resolved in four weeks, and this group doesn’t promise that.
Spring Reset is a stabilising and orienting space, designed to help reduce overwhelm, make sense of what’s happening, and support you to work out kinder, more realistic next steps.

Do I need to be “burnt out” to join?

No. Many people who join groups like this wouldn’t use the word burnout at all. They’re often feeling exhausted, foggy, stretched thin, or emotionally flat.
If you’re under sustained pressure and feel like something needs to change, this space may be supportive.

Is this therapy or clinical support?

No. This is a facilitated coaching-style group, not therapy or treatment.
If you’re in acute crisis or need clinical mental health support, this won’t be the right space — and I can help signpost appropriate support if needed.

What will the sessions be like?

Sessions are calm, structured, and gently facilitated. There’s space for reflection, shared understanding, and guided conversation, but no pressure to speak, share deeply, or “perform”.
There’s no homework and no expectation to change everything at once.

How many people will be in the group?

There are up to 12 places, and the group will run with a minimum of 5 participants.
I keep groups small so they feel steady, relational, and properly held.

Do I need to attend every session live?

Live attendance is strongly encouraged, as the group experience matters.
If you need to miss a session occasionally, that’s OK, but this works best if you can commit to being present most weeks.

What if the group doesn’t run?

If the minimum number of participants isn’t reached, you’ll be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future group.

Is this suitable alongside a demanding job?

Yes,the group is designed with limited capacity in mind.
It’s about stabilising, not adding more to your plate.
