As the leaves begin to change and we welcome the crisp days of autumn, The Kind Librarian is gearing up for a season of growth, reflection, and connection. Here’s a sneak peek at the themes we’ll be exploring over the next few months:
September: Resilience
This month, we’ll be diving into the art of resilience—learning how to bounce back from setbacks, manage stress, and maintain a positive outlook, even in the most challenging situations.
October: Self-Compassion
October is all about being kind to yourself. We’ll explore the importance of self-compassion, managing self-criticism, embracing imperfections, and prioritizing self-care, especially in the demanding world of librarianship.
November: Connection and Community
As we move into November, our focus shifts to the power of connection. We’ll look at how to foster meaningful relationships and build a supportive community both in the workplace and beyond.
December: Reflection and Gratitude
To close out the year, December will be a time for reflection and gratitude. We’ll celebrate our successes, reflect on the lessons learned, and set intentions for the new year with a sense of appreciation and purpose.
And don’t forget—you can always access our vault of resources on Goals and Mindset to revisit and reinforce what you’ve learned earlier this year.
